The Research Department specializes in research of public opinion.

Peculiarity of interviewer network structure affords to carry out national research of public opinion as well as polls in each region of Ukraine separately.
Creation of new and improvement of existing approaches to the arrangement of the research process and to the interpretation of the results as well as sample design enables to increase reliability of the results received.
In the research process we apply innovative technologies, worked out by the Research Department of the Gorshenin Institute in association with French sociology experts.
The Department provides special moderator trainings of qualitative research and trainings of regional supervisors and interviewers.
All the research made by the Institute is subject to the obligatory control procedure of the sample quality.
The Information and Analytics Department of the Gorshenin Institute provides extensive national and regional coverage of the public poll results in printed and Internet media.
